The Opportunity:

Position Overview:
The DE&I Data Analytics & Reporting Manager will work closely with the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This role is critical in tracking and reporting the progress of the company’s DE&I strategy and initiatives across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analytics and Reporting (80%)

  • Develop and maintain detailed DE&I reports and dashboards for the organization.
  • Analyze HR data to generate actionable insights supporting employee-focused DE&I strategies.
  • Evaluate in-store experience data to enhance client-facing DE&I initiatives.
  • Monitor and communicate progress on company-wide DE&I goals to senior leadership.

Industry Impact Leadership (20%)

  • Manage the company’s participation in external DE&I certifications, surveys, and industry recognition programs.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in DE&I data analytics and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, HR, or a related field is preferred.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced skills in data analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Tableau is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

he target hiring compensation range for this role is $38 to 42.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
