Bring creative campaigns to life. Our client, a leading provider of shipping supplies and business solutions, is hiring a Senior Director of Creative Operations.  This important position will manage the day-to-day operations of an established 100+ member team. If you’re a business leader passionate about creative work and excited to guide the planning and on-time execution of our award-winning catalog and projects, this role is for you.  

Position Responsibilities:

• Guide Creative team with strong time management skills, meeting tight schedules in a fast paced, hands-on environment.
• Oversee the workflow of all projects, including design, print, photograhpy and web.
• Collaborate with owners & C-suite leaders to gain multiple approvals from key stakeholders.
• Work independently and with cross-functional teams while managing competing priorities. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administation or a related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience, successfully overseeing complex projects in dynamic environments.
• 10+ years of proven sucess leading large in-house teams, optimizing workflows effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team player – ready to roll up your sleeves and be in the details.
