Our client, the nation’s largest retailer, is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Analysis & Insights to join their newly formed Business Analysis & Insights team! As Sr. Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, you’ll be a key contributor to the ongoing success of our eCommerce site content strategy.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Provide thorough data analysis to support strategic business decisions by identifying ongoing analytical needs, creating standardized reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop consistent, actionable data-driven strategies.
- Lead the development of business performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights on site content performance, customer engagement, and conversion metrics. Ensure reporting is both insightful and tailored to business objectives.
- Establish measurable KPIs to track site performance and identify areas of opportunity. Drive initiatives to improve the customer experience and boost overall site effectiveness.
- Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed KPI targets, such as customer click-through rates, add-to-cart actions, and content-attributed revenue. Present performance results to senior leadership on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners and leadership teams, gaining buy-in through clear communication and effective presentations of content strategies.
- Build interactive, automated dashboards and reports using Tableau, and provide training to business partners on their use for self-service analysis, empowering teams with the tools to perform their own data explorations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related fields.
- 3 – 5 years related experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or eCommerce.
Preferred Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Business or related field; Project Management certification
