We are looking for a passionate and skilled Web / .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced agile team.
As a developer on our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, delivering high-quality, high-performance software that directly impacts the financial well-being of our clients. You’ll collaborate with talented engineers and business partners to bring new features and innovations to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new concepts and features. Participate in testing activities, ensuring the highest quality in every software release.
- Test-Driven Development (TDD): Utilize automated test tools and frameworks, including Selenium and Karma, to maintain robust test coverage and ensure the reliability and stability of software.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members to provide development sizing and cost analysis estimates. Actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Technology Risk Management: Identify potential technology risks early and establish mitigation plans to address them effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in software delivery practices, automation, and overall efficiency within the development team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- C# .NET Development: Professional-level experience in .NET web and service development, including 4-5 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, or other Microsoft development tools.
- Frontend Development: 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, or similar front-end frameworks.
- API Development: Proven experience in developing and managing REST and SOAP Web Services in a transaction processing environment.
- Database Expertise: Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) and non-relational (unstructured) databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry, containerization, and other cloud environments.
- CI/CD and DevOps: Experience working in a CI/CD environment with tools like Bamboo, and familiarity with the full Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Bitbucket).
- Agile Methodologies: Strong experience working as part of a scrum team in an agile environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 to $63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
