We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Retoucher to enhance product photography and elevate the visual appeal of our CPG client’s brands and products. In this role, you will use your expertise in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software to optimize images, ensuring they meet high standards for quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:

Enhance photos by:
-
Removing blemishes and imperfections
-
Adjusting colors, brightness, and contrast
-
Replacing backgrounds and modifying packaging
-
Cropping and resizing images
-
Performing other edits to improve overall image quality

Collaborate with the Design Manager, Creative Content Managers, and Project Managers to understand project requirements and achieve desired results.

Adhere to established image standards and guidelines for each brand.

Utilize Monday.com for project management, communication, and tracking deliverables.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Photo Retoucher or in a similar role.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software.

Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and image manipulation techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Project Details:
This is a freelance position with varying hours based on project needs. We anticipate 6-8 individual projects over a 6-12 month timeframe.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
