Graphic Designer- Beauty

Overview

Our Consumer Products client is seeking a Graphic designer to join their team. This is a 13-month contract with potential for extension.This is a hybrid role onsite in Skillman, NJ and after the 1st of the year it is located in  Summit, NJ. The Ideal candidate comes from a beauty deisgn background with packaging experience. 

Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is required.
• Demonstrate strong visual, written and oral communications skills to execute project briefs.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop…)
• Adobe Suite / PPT / AI, Gen AI understanding
• Graphic Design experience
• Understand brand guidelines and create solutions that are on brand
• Excellent typography skills and comprehension of grid systems

• Partner with the Global team to create holistic design experience that meets user and business needs
• Has a eye for beauty
• Help building an inspiring and collaborative environment
• Able to work under minimal supervision in an international context
• Able to package and present solutions to the wider business team
• A flexible and open team player with a positive working attitude
• Ability to work quickly and prioritize competing workstreams
• Friendly, thoughtful and perpetually curious
• Humble to your core with a sharp emotional intelligence
• Able to build trust, even when communicating a dissenting point of view
• Work within regulations, lead design objectives to achieve business targets.
• Partner with other disciplines to define strategies and tactics in service of business results.
• Bring experience of both product, strategy and process visualization.
• Develop and maintain strong cross-cultural partnerships.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to $57.59 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
