Job Title: Junior Email Marketing Associate
Location: Onsite 2-3 Days per Week
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Email Marketing Associate eager to learn the ropes of email marketing and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic team environment. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those early in their marketing careers with a passion for digital marketing, a keen interest in B2B environments, and a drive to develop their email marketing skills. The Junior Email Marketing Associate will work closely with marketing, design, and merchandising teams, developing and optimizing email campaigns, learning the Klaviyo platform, and playing a crucial part in supporting our email marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Development: Assist in building and scheduling email campaigns using Klaviyo. Collaborate with design partners to ensure accurate and compelling visual content.
- Segmentation & Targeting: Work on segmentation strategies to target the right audiences for each campaign.
- Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests for various elements, such as offers, send times, and subject lines, to enhance performance.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor and report daily email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, keeping a pulse on program performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Survey & Feedback Support: Assist with survey distribution and analyzing customer feedback to help shape future strategies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including merchandising partners, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel and Klaviyo (or similar email platforms); data-oriented mindset with comfort around performance metrics.
- Marketing Passion: Strong affinity for marketing, with a particular interest in understanding customer behavior and engagement.
- Soft Skills:
- Self-Starter: Demonstrated initiative, able to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Problem-Solver: Comfortable with troubleshooting and developing solutions when faced with challenges.
- Team Player: Proven ability to collaborate effectively, showing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28 – $30/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
