As the Email Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the email marketing strategy and implementation for engagement marketing campaigns driving enrollment and usage of value proposition features for credit card products. This role is 100% Remote.
In this role, you will be focused on setting up the email marketing strategy, cadence, personalization, creative development and delivery. You will also be responsible for results learning and strategy optimization recommendations.
You will partner with the Customer Management strategy lead and other team members including a variety of cross-functional stakeholders and business areas including the email channel team, Sales Force Marketing Cloud build team, digital product and operations teams to ensure flawless end-to-end execution and a successful launch.
Core Responsibilities –
Serving as the engagement marketing strategist driving best-in-class customer experiences and a successful launch, the following responsibilities are key to the role:
- Leading the development of engagement marketing emails with internal stakeholders
- Partnering with internal execution and channel teams on the implementation of the email marketing plan, including setting personalization and test strategies with the email channel management prior to launch
- Overseeing email creative development to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and in budget
- Tracking email campaign execution progress with the Execution Lead to ensure records are captured within our client’s marketing workflow tool to maintain their high controls standard
- Optimizing email engagement to improve results and create meaningful touchpoints and elevate the overall customer experience based on results and best practices
Working across multi-functional teams, such as:
- Product and Marketing Strategy team
- Email Channel team and Operations
- Agencies for creative development and execution
- Marketing Information Management and channel teams to influence and coordinate targeting
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in email marketing with 5-10 years of experience required
- Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Email Results Reporting and Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
- High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 to $63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
