Our financial services client is looking for a Product Manager to lead the unification of two online payment systems. This role requires product marketing experience and includes all the relevant business and customer experience-related pages/contents are migrated successfully, including that all URLs are redirected appropriately to the redesigned pages/experience. Our client needs someone with strong accountability and cross-functional leadership skills, that has highly developed business and analytical skills, and experience with product marketing websites, SEO, and online acquisition and activation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and administers product planning, design, development, documentation, and execution throughout the product lifecycle
- Gathers and prioritizes product and customer requirements, and works closely with R&D, engineering, marketing, design, and content to conform to the company’s quality system procedures for design control and to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
- Ensures that the product, and possibly the marketing efforts, supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
- Delivers product requirement documents and marketing requirement documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Responsible for creating the project plan, including making sure the customer experience is seamless, updating documents, weekly status updates, removing any blockers for the team, and responsible for the unification of the logged-out experience
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience managing the integration of digital marketing websites
- Engineering background, self-starter/strong executor preferred
- Experience in digital marketing and public website delivery
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheets, and Figma
- Experience working with design content teams
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43 to $48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
