Junior Multimedia Editor / Designer

Overview

Looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Multimedia Editor and Designer to assist with a variety of design tasks and projects. This role is 20-40 hours per week and remote.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the production team to develop and design motion graphics and animated content for video projects.
• Ensure all projects align with brand guidelines and visual standards
• Make edits to existing templates to customize them for various projects.
• Share best practices and techniques to help elevate the skill set of the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expert level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and experience with Figma.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to receive feedback and make adjustments in a timely manner.
• Experience with creating and editing After Effects templates.
• Versatile in working with a variety of design styles.
• Previous experience in producing educational video content is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.50 to $35 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
