Our Canadian Retail Client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team, focusing on ecommerce, in-store initiatives, promotions, and local store marketing. This is a contract position starting mid-late November, initially for 6 months with the possibility of a long-term extension. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate marketing programs across various channels, including ecommerce, in-store, promotional activities, and local store marketing
  • Lead both small and large creative programs across all media channels
  • Ensure successful execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions
  • Implement and maintain project management best practices
  • Monitor program progress, manage timelines, and report on key metrics

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or creative project management, preferably in an agency or creative team setting
  • Proven experience managing programs for both digital and traditional marketing
  • Strong understanding of paid media, marketing best practices, and creative execution
  • Demonstrated success in leading creative programs across various media channels
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and workflow systems
  • Experience with Wrike is considered an asset
