Our team at Aquent is working with a tech client whose HQ is in Cupertino in their search for a seasoned Art Director to work with their music streaming team in Culver City. You will be required to maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners, as well as ensuring that work delivers against our standards. You know how to tell stories, on any platform, that drives engagement. You have a pulse on conceptual approach, creative trends and on-product content design, along with a creative sensibility that extends across content genres. You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced organization.
Key Qualifications:

Collaborative and team-oriented approach

Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel

Strong typographic, graphic design and art direction skills, ideally with motion and photo experience

Proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign creative either for marketing or on platform

Proficient in Digital, Social, AV, motion and on-product content design

Experience delivering big ideas for subscription businesses a plus

A minimum of 7 years of significant experience

Experience in a quick-moving and cross-functional focused environment

Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns Description

Maintain momentum around creative concepts, as a core part of the team that is responsible for bringing them into the world

Cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on deliverable quality and creative direction
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $115 to $125 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
