We are seeking a data-driven Senior Direct Mail Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of direct mail campaigns for our North American brands. Your expertise in direct mail marketing, paired with strong strategic and analytical skills, will help drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set campaign objectives that align with revenue and profitability targets.
  • Design and implement direct mail campaigns using catalogs, brochures, and letters to drive sales growth.
  • Develop effective customer and prospecting mail circulation plans that maximize engagement.
  • Provide strategic input on customer contact pieces and product selection to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Leverage advanced segmentation and modeling techniques to enhance targeting and performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely execution of mailings, including print and distribution.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in segmentation and targeting.
  • Work closely with the creative team and print production manager to oversee the end-to-end process of creating and distributing mail pieces.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct response marketing, with a strong focus on direct mail strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability through successful direct marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
