Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a high level of quality. You will collaborate closely with our team of designers, writers, and web developers to execute projects across various mediums, including web, video, and print. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects, from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and web developers.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project documentation and assets.
   

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency setting.
• Experience managing projects across web, video, and print media.
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Asana.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
