Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within Walmart and other major retail channels, driving successful sales outcomes.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and meet sales objectives, adjusting plans as necessary to seize new opportunities.
  • Market Visits and Analysis: Conduct regular market visits to strengthen client relationships and gather critical market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Project Management: Manage business operations from lead generation through to cash flow, ensuring projects are completed on time and targets are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as product management, logistics, retail operations, and finance to implement go-to-market strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • Crisis Management: Apply crisis management skills to address challenges and implement practical solutions promptly.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing top key accounts in the United States, specifically with Walmart.
  • Experience in a 3C Electronics company or similar industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed; remote work options available.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools.
