Creative Production Designer

Overview

Step into an innovative project where your talent will help shape the future of grocery delivery. Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Production Designer to join thier team on a part-time contract basis. The role requires excellent coordination, time management, and visual design skills to manage content “Weekly Flyer” updates for approximately 28 retailers on our platform.

*** The 25 hours is a maximum per week, the schedule to be discussed with your manager. Busier schedule days are Wednesday and Thursdays with 10 – 20% of the work uploads happening on Fridays.***

Responsibilities:

• Content Coordination: Work closely with the Technical Program Manager to understand the timing and schedule for refreshing content for each retailer.
• File Management: Efficiently gather and organize raw files necessary for content updates, ensuring accuracy and readiness for modification.
• Design Updates: Utilize Figma to apply updates to retailer content as per the given guidelines. Ensure designs are visually appealing and align with the clients branding.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks on updated materials to guarantee high-quality output. Address any discrepancies or issues prior to final submission.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
• Feedback Implementation: Apply feedback from stakeholders to refine and optimize content, maintaining a loop of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in production design, particularly in a digital environment.
• ​Familiarity with Figma and Photoshop.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40 to $55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
