Aquent is in search of a Program Manager to join our tech client’s Quick to Market (QTM) team. This team is responsible for designing, building, and operating new partner programs or incentives in collaboration with engineering sponsors, before these initiatives are scaled up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering sponsors to design, build, and operate new partner programs.
  • Manage multiple partner programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with the team’s goals and objectives.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity in all project phases.
  • Exhibit strong ownership of projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10 years overall in the field, with significant experience in technical project management.
  • Education: A degree is preferred for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Microsoft technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Strong sense of ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to follow through on responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrates significant experience in technical project management, ideally with seven or more years in the field.
  • Possesses strong skills in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics, PM methodologies, and Power BI.
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to communication and task completion.
  • Shows a track record of taking initiative and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $70 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
