Job Description:

This role will contribute to continuous improvement and function of cloud manufacturing/fulfillment. The purpose of this team is Data Governance, Transformation Project Management, and Business Enablement in a Cloud Product Data Management Engineering group. The role will consist of doing some process documentation, business process management, incident and problem management, meeting and calendar management for the team (dates, times, topics, presenters), metadata documentation and team information creation and maintenance in SharePoint and AzureDevOps.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain program or project schedules and status reports.
  • Interface with client on project or program matters from project initiation through delivery. The program or project may have already been initiated by someone else and this role will continue that work.
  • Write business requirements or the scope that will be used as a tool in making decisions as to how the business process or project will be implemented.
  • Maintain meeting calendars for the client, including topics, presenters, time-duration and coordinate with other teams to schedule and stagger both technical and business presentations for the team and partner teams.
  • Provide technical and/or analytical information related to the projects where involved and receive input and approval as required.
  • Organize cross functional activities ensuring that the program or project is completed on schedule.
  • Program manager will be maintaining externally facing and internal team information in SharePoint, drafting stakeholder communications in newsletters (Outlook, Sway), and building dashboards to track work and manage project portfolio in Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Familiarity and work experience with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio is desired.

Candidate Requirements:

  •  2+ overall years of experience in the field.
  •  Bachelor’s in science or arts degree is required to be eligible for this role.
  •  Significant experience with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, metadata or data management or governance, business process management or governance, and evidence of excellent written communication skills, ideally in a technology oriented environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.99 to $49.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
