This team is the Solution Play marketing team on the Modern Work Field and Partner team. This team is responsible for solution plays, which is a strategy to go to market presenting cloud solutions for customers and includes a collection of assets, tools and programs to enable strong GTM execution. The role of the solution play owner is the shape the strategy of the solution plays and drive execution. The two solution plays this role will be supporting is Cloud Endpoints and Secure Productivity.

Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 10 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor’s in communications or a related field, or equivalent on-job experience degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates with no prior experience will not be eligible for the role.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain someone who is able to provide prior examples of work they have done. Connected within the modern.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 2-3 years experience with Previous MSFT Experience working preferably in Azure, Security or Modern Work in a go-to-market function.
2. Minimum 10 years experience with Excellent copywriting experience for executive or internal communications.
3. Minimum 10 years experience with Previous experience with content marketing.

• Product scope is Windows 365, AVD and Microsoft 365 E3 field and partner go-to-market plans via the solution play.
• Prepare monthly reports on key KPIs associated with business execution such as trials, empowerment offers and partner programs.
• Support preparation of field enablement presentation content, including PowerPoint design, review and publishing to internal seller portals
• Program manage cross functional v-teams, which includes capturing key deliverables and creating status trackers, following up with stakeholders to ensure they complete tasks.
• Analyze and categorize insights from field stakeholders and other sources to summarize business trends.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $74 to $78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
