We have a new opening for a Marketing Analytics Manager!

The Marketing Analytics manager will develop tailored 360 analytics plans to meet marketing & business objectives across business units including clinical service lines, insurance products, and brand initiatives and ensure all marketing programs have necessary plans in place. The marketing analytics manager will serve as the main point of contact for the majority of internal marketing reporting requests. This role will help address the challenges of understanding marketing effectiveness, return on investment, outreach strategy and marketing channel effectiveness as well as build strong relationships with the marketing team. The marketing analytics manager will primarily work with the service line marketing, digital experience, content and creative teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for developing structured 360 analytics plans in partnership with our strategy, media, client engagement and web analytics teams to ensure reports/dashboards deliver against the needs of our internal/external partners.
  • Ensure 360 analytics plans include end-to-end focus tying marketing activity to key financial, capacity and brand health KPIs to inform decision making.
  • Define distribution and communication plan for alignment and dissemination of reporting deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for testing & experimentation to be integrated into marketing programs, develop test plans to increase program performance.
  • Identify opportunities to further enhance the holistic marketing program reports/dashboards in partnership with the web analytics team.
  • Leverage analytics models such as marketing mix and attribution to support decision-making. Analysis areas include (but not limited to) audience segmentation, lifetime value, engagement, and return on investment.
  • Support the translation of existing report requirements into workable report templates and manage the transition of existing reporting from manual analytics process to integrated marketing analytics tool such as Tableau, Qlik etc. with support from Director of Analytics.
  • Define workflows and report views in integrated marketing analytics tool to ensure self-service automated reporting meets the requirements of internal marketing stakeholders.
  • Ensure internal marketing stakeholders have proper onboarding/training on how to leverage self-service automated reporting; define and keep up to date onboarding program for marketing reporting for new department hires.
  • Manage automated reports/dashboards within integrated marketing analytics tool ongoing basis, develop new dashboards as needed, and identify gaps in our marketing funnel and surface opportunities
  • This role will support the Director of Analytics in the development of a long-term marketing analytics roadmap.

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience

7 + years of progressive responsibility and directly related work experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & ABILITIES

Able to prioritize a large number of competing initiatives, multi-task and drive multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with statistical concepts, attribution & marketing mix methodologies
Experience working with and developing frameworks to streamline workflows
Adept at navigating a large, complex organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong understanding of online and offline advertising
Highly skilled analytical thinker
Expert in A/B test design
Expert in designing reports in tools like PPT that are easy to digest
Proficiency in using analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, other Google products, Tableau or other business intelligence and visualization tools
Attention to detail

“The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $50 to $55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.”
