Digital/eCommerce Designer

Schedule: Full-time Hours (EST – 8:30am/9am – 5/5:30pm)

Role: Long-term and steady role as W2 Hourly Employee of Aquent

We are looking for a talented and creative Digital and E-Commerce Designer to join the Consumer Experience & Growth Department at a Global Consumer Products Company within the personal, home and oral care industries. 

In this exciting role, you will play a key role in developing innovative and engaging digital content for e-Retail partners and brand sites that drive brand awareness and sales.

About You:

  • You are a passionate and detail-oriented designer with 3-4 years of experience creating compelling brand experiences for the digital space.
  • You are a master of e-commerce best practices and stay ahead of the latest digital trends.
  • You concept and design with a content strategy mind-set.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You possess a strong eye for design and a keen understanding of color theory.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with marketing and creative teams to deliver exceptional digital and paid media content.
  • Manage and execute projects based on timelines and brand guidelines.
  • Design and create high-quality content for major national retailers (Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.). This includes tailoring provided brand assets to meet each retailer’s specific size and format requirements.
  • Handle all aspects of digital design requests, including asset sharing, image manipulation, mockups, retouching, and color correction of product images.
  • Craft visually appealing digital assets such as eCommerce tiles, coupons, emails, sweepstakes, PDPs, Display Ads and 
  • Provide support to the Digital Content & Marketing teams with ad hoc design needs
  • You will be responsible for creating a large volume of static image content for our digital marketing campaigns across various e-tailers.
  • You will receive brand assets from our internal team and meticulously adapt them to meet the specific size and format requirements of each retailer.
  • For example, Walmart might require 30 different variations of the same product image for a single campaign to run various ads on their product detail pages (PDPs). Similarly, you will be responsible for creating standard display banners and both ATF and BTF static images for Amazon.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience creating comprehensive brand experiences with a focus on digital platforms (3-4 years, relevant digital examples required).
  • Ability to deliver high-quality design work at a fast pace under pressure.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • A keen eye for design and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. 
  • After Effects Experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and all relevant MacBook applications.
  • Strong retouching skills for digital designs and photographs.

    The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $43 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
