A leading global company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the global outbound strategy, testing, and execution across various engagement channels, including email and push programs. This role involves optimizing engagement and funnel analytics, setting KPIs, and establishing robust reporting and performance measurement processes. The Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous creative refresh and optimization. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive global Outbound strategy, testing, and execution for our client’s music app across email and push programs for engagement, newsletters, and churn.
  • Responsible for driving platform requirements with product and development teams.
  • Optimize engagement and funnel analytics with BIEs and Data Science. Set KPIs, establish reporting, and review measurement and performance.
  • Own strategy, execution, and performance for marketing campaigns, including all messaging and translation. Establish an ongoing creative refresh and optimization program, working closely with the design and promotions team.
  • Test and learn across experimentation.
  • Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance business reviews and projections for each country, showcasing results the team has delivered and presenting to country and executive leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, analytic tools, reporting dashboards, and campaign setup software (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with email and push setup tools.
  • Previous experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Manager.
  • Experience working for large tech companies is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40-$48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
