The Product Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role will also include ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

  • Manages developing and bringing to market new private brand products. 
  • Coordinates product development across cross-functional and cross-org teams (e.g. Food Safety, Legal, Design, Quality, Consumer Insights, and Operations) to deliver within target SLAs.
  • Manages product refreshes (due to brand transitions, packaging changes etc.) of existing catalog.
  • Designs and implements new processes to help scale our business.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required and at least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $55 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
