Our client, a Fortune 100 Energy company, is looking for a Change Management & Internal Communications Advisor to drive change and promote adoption of innovative solutions for some of the world’s toughest energy challenges. You will work alongside a team to drive the adoption of tool & process changes. You will be responsible for ensuring that, in an organization of constant change, there is a human-centered approach with thoughtful change management strategies that drive the transformational business outcomes and end user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate change management initiatives and communication strategies that connect and enable communities and helps to build an ongoing culture of change
  • Lead the creation and management of a change plan, creating communication plans for global enterprise “people, process or tooling” initiatives (estimate 6-12 initiatives in portfolio at any given time.)
  • Manage our sharepoint site so we keep initiative content fresh, engaging, and relevant to our stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Create and manage suite of templates to be used for executive presentations
  • Draft compelling monthly business updates for senior executives and stakeholders, leveraging various channels for a matrixed audience

​Ideal Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated capability to translate business strategies into critical talent and workforce strategies/initiatives
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Demonstrated experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Ability to innovate and challenge current norms to drive change in the organization and work with people of varying backgrounds and organizational levels
  • Enthusiastic team player that builds a positive, collaborative work environment and relationships
  • Expertise in both visual and written communications – strong PowerPoint and SharePoint skills
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to changing structures and priorities
  • Demonstrated experience in program development/design that is customizable and scalable; able to effectively tailor and present initiatives to a diverse group of constituents
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to organize, analyze and summarize with superior writing and editing skills
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, schedule, coordinate and make decisions and judgment relating to assigned projects and other responsibilities

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55 to 60/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
