This position supports the prioritization, planning, and operationalization of new marketing capabilities for the Owned Channel Strategy and Operations (OCSO) team. Utilizing a strong marketing operations background, change management skills, and digital acumen, this role ensures that new technology tools and enhancements to existing tools support business needs, thoroughly meet business requirements, and are fully adopted by the OCSO team.

Typical Day in the Role:

Existing Tools & Process Support:

  • Represent business-driven needs for existing campaign management and audience/segmentation tools, including writing business requirements, gathering data to inform prioritization, and advocating for the marketer experience.
  • Participate in design reviews, UAT, and testing of any new enhancements to existing campaign management and audience/segmentation tools.
  • Support onboarding and operationalization of new features by the OCSO team and managed service vendors, including change management activities.

Requirements:

Must Have Detailed Resume Exemplifying the Top 3 Skills:

  • 4-8 years of experience with personalized owned channel marketing, including email, in-app marketing, offers, and marketing automations.
  • 3+ years of experience with change management, including driving adoption of new marketing tools, planning and executing change management activities, educating and empowering end users.
  • Ability to both see the bigger picture and dive deep into details related to tools. Experience identifying and representing broad business needs to inform tool roadmaps, getting hands-on with tools, and demonstrating tools to varying audiences (leaders, business stakeholders, end users).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team with capacity to build new and efficient approaches through industriousness and adaptability.
  • Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable collecting and distilling data into insights/optimization opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
