As a Marketing Project Manager, you will manage the complete lifecycle of marketing projects, from strategic planning through creative execution and delivery. Your role will include overseeing schedules, ensuring alignment, and clearly communicating milestones to all team members. You will report to the Senior Program Manager, Marketing & Creative Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Results:

    • Manage omni-channel marketing programs across events, print, digital, video, social media, and in-store channels.
    • Create detailed schedules with interim milestones and keep stakeholders updated through weekly meetings or hot sheets.
    • Track project schedules, communicate expectations to Marketing and Creative teams, and set up agendas for cross-functional meetings.
    • Ensure smooth handoff of creative assets to the Production and Delivery teams, tracking completion and final delivery.
  2. Collaborate:

    • Foster partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Production, Merchandising, and Delivery teams.
    • Align strategies with marketing counterparts and ensure all timelines for brief development are met before project kickoffs.
    • Work closely with production and translation agencies for timely asset execution and translations.
    • Coordinate photoshoots with Creative, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure assets align with schedules.
  3. Agility:

    • Identify program risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies.
    • Advocate for process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in project or program management within marketing.
  • Creative project management experience is required; agency, retail, or beauty background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheets, Box, and Monday.com.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and time management skills.
  • The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
