Our team is seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join us in executing omnichannel marketing campaigns and elevating our brand presence in the market.

Job Description:

As a Retail Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue for our brand. You will collaborate closely with the Director and other cross-functional teams to ideate, plan, and implement creative initiatives across various channels. Your retail experience and strategic mindset will be essential in crafting campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize retail expertise to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with agency, creative, and content teams to brainstorm creative ideas and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Drive awareness and revenue for specific product assortments, such as bridesmaid and homecoming collections.
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, setting KPIs and measuring the impact of campaigns.
  • Work closely with project management teams to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Director David, providing support in campaign planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance and make data-informed recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail marketing, with a focus on developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to generate creative ideas and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, start-up environment and willing to take initiative to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and influencer engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of data-informed decision-making and ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to thrive in a remote work setting.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $65.00 to $70.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
