Our client, is seeking a producer with exceptional program management skills and creative intuition to collaborate with Product Management and other cross-functional teams on the strategic planning and launch of features in their Services.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a senior Producer or Program Manager in tech, media, sports, or digital entertainment.
  • Background in user experience, product management, or creative operations.
  • Proven ability to influence at all levels, with outstanding oral and written communication.
  • Aptitude for grasping complex concepts and learning new technology and software quickly.
  • Ability to foster synergies among teams and develop cross-product connections.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.

Description: As a member of the Product Operations team, you will collaborate with other Producers managing Product operations for a suite of media products, including Sports, Music, and Podcasts. You will partner closely with Product Management, HI and Content Design, Engineering, and Business teams to coordinate product requirements and manage roadmaps aimed at bringing quality and innovation to Services.

Your responsibilities will include driving process, workflow, and standards for Product Management teams, operationalizing go-to-market activities leading up to launch, and coordinating executive reviews, keynote events, product demos, and press briefings.

Core Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end program management.
  • Coordinating and maintaining product documentation and roadmap.
  • Managing large cross-functional project meetings and reviews.
  • Tracking and communicating project milestones and scope changes.
  • Running stand-ups, delegating work across functions, and developing workback schedules.
  • Planning and leading generative and creative workshopping sessions.
  • Coordinating Product deliverables for keynotes, press briefings, and launch events.
  • Calibrating bandwidth across the Product team to inform project assignments and deadlines.
  • Constantly optimizing workflow and communication in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
