We are searching for a Web Producer with a focus on digital marketing to join our team! The Web Producer is a vital member of the Marketing team, serving as the central point of excellence for web experiences. This role ensures alignment with brand promise and guidelines while developing and executing initiatives to meet the needs of patients and caregivers. Alongside managing the community-facing website, this role also oversees the internal intranet website.

Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the web presence, encompassing both external patient-facing and internal employee experiences.
  • Collaborate across departments to create a digital roadmap for both internet and intranet, ensuring clear definition of project scope, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Manage implementation to ensure timely and budget-conscious launches of all initiatives.

Website Production, Maintenance, and Optimization:

  • Ensure platform-agnostic digital experiences for optimal engagement across desktop, mobile, and tablet.
  • Oversee RFPs and vendor selection for projects from ideation to execution.
  • Continuously improve website design, content, and functionality to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Manage site accessibility, content updates, emergency messaging, and SEO.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Provide regular performance updates on KPIs and identify opportunities for enhancements to drive effectiveness.
  • Ensure site uptime in a bug-free environment.

Leadership:

  • Manage third-party agencies and vendors supporting the web experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all digital web experiences comply with industry regulations.

This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, web design, UX, data science, or business required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years as a Digital Marketing Manager (or similar) building and managing web experiences in a similarly complex organization; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of technical processes and platforms such as Google Analytics, CMS, CRM, patient portals, and HTML required.
  • Experience managing programs through third-party agency partners.
  • Proven capability in developing internal talent.
  • Strong project management, budget management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work off-hours when needed to address live site issues and launch new initiatives during low site traffic periods.

Work Environment:

  • Requires flexibility in hours, including weekends, evenings, and on-call coverage.
  • Involves desk-based work with some travel.
  • May require physical activities such as walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Works with standard office equipment such as computer terminals, fax machines, printers, and copiers.

Reporting Relationship:

  • Reports to department leadership and supervises assigned team members.
