Our client’s Alternative Payments Marketing team is looking for a dynamic and impactful marketing manager who will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes, implementing automation solutions, and driving efficiency across marketing campaigns.
You will work with multiple cross-functional teams on a daily basis including finance, creative, analytics, and the regional marketers to improve internal processes and further grow our marketing impact.

As our ideal candidate, you are dynamic, results driven, and comfortable in a high-change environment. You have an insatiable curiosity, are comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy thinking about edge cases, and are a strong verbal and written communicator. We are searching for a candidate who is energetic in new situations, has a high level of integrity, and sense of urgency to “make things happen”. You will need to balance the needs of multiple teams and maintain a strong sense of empathy for your partners while driving progress.

BACKGROUND
We are looking for a marketing lead to manage the day-to-day cross functional work required to prep and execute for multiple launches and on going marketing campaign across multiple geos. This includes asset production, landing page creation and maintenance, cross-functional collaboration for net new designs, and required update and budgeting documentation.
Additionally, the team has taken on a larger scope as the product team’s new partner launch strategy is significantly more efficient. With the incorporation of a standardized integrator, the product team will be able to launch multiple partners simultaneously. Previously, this process would take about 8 months per partner. As a result, the marketing planning and implementation for one partner that is typically spread across these 8 months now needs to be completed simultaneously for four
partners. The Payments marketing team needs operational support and improvement in order to take on the additional partner
launches.

DELIVERABLES
Update the current methodology for:
1) Asset creation including design, LOC, team approvals, partner feedback, and legal review. This includes working with crossfunctional teams to identify key contacts and streamline communications. Develop a workflow and guidelines on how to create
specific assets across channels such as social, website, iFrame, in-app, etc. Create a step-by-step approach outlining key
contacts, approval routes, and feedback channels. This documentation should be able to be shared across cross-functional
teams and the larger org.
2) Day-to-Day Marketing Project management. This individual will need to work with the international team leads and local
Cupertino teams to drive and execute all marketing initiatives. The region that will need the most support is South Korea which
will be launching two eWallets in September.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-3+ years experience in marketing, operations or a similar role.
-Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with global stakeholders and partners.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
-Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
-Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and channels, including social media, digital advertising, and content distribution.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $57.07 to $63.41 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
