We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to support marketing initiatives and communications. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of project management, takes initiative, has a knack for relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, and is driven to ensure the seamless execution of go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (and contribute) to ideate, lock and execute marketing initiatives, encouraging innovation, collaboration and timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or deviations.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables, to ensure effective execution of go-to-market initiatives.
• Support development of processes and ROB (Rhythm of Business) to support SMB (Small to Medium sized Business) marketing programs.
• Regularly provide project updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and seeking feedback as needed.
• Support team communication by leading results-oriented messaging and developing standardized templates for slides, documents, and emails to ensure consistency.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an integrated marketing, go-to-market, or product launch capacity.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in designing visually appealing and impactful PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they effectively convey information clearly, plus influence and engage.
• Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who will use insights to formulate positive outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Project management experience in a highly independent, but collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.

Candidate Requirements:
• Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. A degree in a related field such as business and marketing or finance would be preferable but is not required.
•The ideal candidate is somewhere in the middle with 5-10 years of experience range.
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain a strong marketing background, previous experience working with large enterprise tech companies, experience working on AI, some data analysis skills, working in cross functional teams, and working with ambiguity.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, ability to meet deadlines, and building great relationships.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years experience with Project management experience in marketing.
2. Minimum 5 years experience with Powerpoint deck creation
3. Minimum 5 years experience with Email communications/template creation

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is owning direct channel marketing for products in the modern work and security space.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to the tactical day-to-day project management of the integrated marketing team, working with channel partners to drive integrated marketing campaigns for Small to Medium sized Businesses (SMB). This position will assist with general program management duties as well as chasing teams down for resolutions, create several PowerPoint decks for storytelling marketing strategies, campaigns and postmortem; create templates for email and social media communications announcing new campaigns, sharing results post-launch, etc. This position will be working cross-functionally with multiple teams including teams specializing in web marketing, paid media, social media, etc.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 25% meetings, 35% communications, 40% heads down program management work

“The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $61.96 to $68.84 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.”
