Our client, a leading US distributor of professional beauty products, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive experiences for professional beauty products​.

Responsibilities:

  • Design user-friendly interfaces for web and potentially mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to translate ideas into reality.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
  • Prototype solutions for effective user testing (Electronic and Paper)
  • Communicate design concepts clearly, both verbally and visually.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with the beauty industry (booking apps a plus).
  • Understanding of .NET/WPF for developer collaboration.

Skills:

  • 3+ years industry UX/UI design experience.
  • User research, usability testing.
  • Electronic and Paper Prototyping.
  • Interaction Design.
  • Data Visualization.
  • Collaborative, analytical, and self-starting.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & visual).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $37.83 to $42.03 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
