Marketing Program Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our leading Tech clients Marketing team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in digital marketing, alayzing campaign performance, and building out functions in Smartsheets. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Santa Monica, CA

Job Responsibilities:

• Plays both a Marketing Manager and Program Manager role.
• Proficient in Smartsheet- has built workspaces and automation to support different teams’ use-cases.
• Oversee requirements, stakeholders, timelines, and critical meetings to develop a rhythm to the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to provide updates, ongoing meeting notes, escalations, and formal newsletters.
• Develops intake and prioritization frameworks that support the business.
• Plays a crucial role in ensuring that all interdependencies are connected and considered when making decisions.
• Understanding and managing stakeholder needs and requests
•  Drive marketing programs to build brand awareness and adoption of new platform based on generative AI. 
• Plan and deliver online campaigns complimented with internal enablement.
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance.
• Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize workloads for the larger team.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $44.65 to $49.61 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
