Content Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Content Project Manager to work closely with business partners to develop eCommerce programs (content) that best meet the needs.

Day to day:

  • Supporting the content lead creating master asset lists, ordering product, tracking feedback, managing Wrike, managing timelines and preparing for photoshoots
  • Work together to create the master asset list and following/delivering the deadlines in WRIKE
  • Consistent management of the asset master list via excel spreadsheet that outlines where the content will live, the key messaging, and all details
  • Pass off the finished materials to the POC for tech – sending it out to OPERA

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in building content briefs and executing from start to finish, with clear results
  • Strong project management skills, demonstrates strong digital vision and customer-centric focus
  • Excellent organization skills with avid attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication and proven ability in successfully running multiple projects
  • Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to develop smart personalized content to drive customer interaction
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Advanced PC skills (MS Word, Microsoft Outlook Calendar & E-Mail, Excel, Power Point)

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48 to $54/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
