As a Marketing Project Manager you will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of marketing programs, from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. Programs may include deliverables across all marketing channels (i.e., events, in-store, print, digital, video, and social media). Manages program schedules and deliverables and pro-actively communicates expectations and milestones to all team members. You will report to the Program Manager.

Responsibilities include:
 Drive Results. Manages end-to-end omni-channel marketing programs, across online and offline channels. Ensures timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates.

Manages day-to-day tasks of program planning and execution:
o Communicates strategic milestones and brief due dates to marketing partners; ensures information is available and complete
o Populates agendas for cross-functional/Kohl’s partner meetings
o Tracks schedules, updates reports and communicates program status to key stakeholders through weekly status meetings and hot sheet
o Facilitates passing off core and derivative assets to Production and DM.
o Ensures completion of all assets on the asset list and tracks final hand-offs, development, QA, and live dates

 Collaborates. Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Production, Store Design, Product Development, Resourcing, and Delivery Management. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle. Closely partners upstream during strategic development with Marketing counterparts to ensure cross-functional alignment milestones and timelines for brief development and project kickoffs are met. Manages laterally with creative on timely execution of core assets and with delivery management on execution of derivatives, versions,  translations
 Agile & Manages Ambiguity. Identifies program risks early on and provides mitigation strategies. Monitors and advocates process; identifies gaps/improvements to work more efficiently

We would love to hear from you if you meet the following:
 4 years experience in account, project, or program management in marketing
 Creative project management experience required; agency experience preferred
 Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Box, Monday.com)
 Effective relationship-building skills; ability to cultivate strong partnerships across functions to bring people together toward common goals and consensus
 Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
 Strong time management skills; ability to troubleshoot issues, juggle multiple programs, and prioritize

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $52.00 to $57.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
