Our client is an Industry leader in manufacturing Heavy Duty Power Tools. They are searching for a talented Assistant Product Marketing Manager to join their team!

 

The Assistant Product Marketing Manager will ensure product data is both accurate & continually refined. In this role you will work cross functionally within the business ensuring that product data is complete within the system and ready to be deployed in full to our distribution partners.

 

This role will be working on a hybrid schedule in their office in their Brookfield, WI office. 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

– Become the PIM platform champion (inRiver) & conduct training and follow up meetings with business on the PIM platform

– Develop and maintain data quality standards and product requirements across multiple internal teams and establish processes to maintain

– Partner with internal teams such as Product, Brand, Packaging, Engineering & Operations to complete data sets and understand and define business requirements

– Manage, review and analyze reports to improve data quality, business processes and overall product performance and completeness rules

– Develop specific metrics for quality and consistency reviews of product information across the enterprise

– Working with Sales Operations, gather, maintain and ensure compliance with vendor policies and add additional attributes to inRiver as necessary

– Manual and automated association of missing asset associations in excel

– Education, training & improvement on the inRiver platform to maintain knowledge and educate business when required

 

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree

– Experience with the maintenance and management of product information management systems is preferred

– Excellent communication & planning skills

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy

– Strong Microsoft Suite Skills specifically Excel & PowerPoint

– Self-motivated, team player with the ability to coordinate workload independently to complete tasks in accordance with service levels and timelines with a focus on exceeding expectations.

 

Assistant PIM Manager

– Experience working in an Omni-channel company that has both e-commerce and traditional storefront presence is a plus.
