We’re looking for an experienced Sr Designer on the Aquent Studios x Adobe team to support campaign creative with a focus on All-Apps and upsell for the Creative Cloud segment. Knowledge of video or animation tools a plus. 

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Collaborate with partners within the Studio, Marketing Program Managers (MPgM), Lifecycle Marketing (LCM aka Email Marketing), Performance Media, Brand, and Social teams to develop the overall creative strategy. 

  • Help design the marketing journey and make sure it is a cohesive visual experience from a content and brand standpoint.

  • Coordinate multiple projects to completion on deadline, including executing banners, emails, web pages, and some design exploration. Will be expected to participate in brainstorming along with other members of the team. 

  • Create and craft pitch decks and presentations in collaboration with team members.

  • Demonstrate working knowledge and a basic understanding of the product or segment.

  • Brainstorm and convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, mood boards.

  • Partner with other designers, writers, video producers and creative directors in the segment to concept new campaign ideas.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or studio environment

  • Knowledge and problem-solving skills around design elements, such as color, typography, and composition to convey meaning is essential. To craft good design that solves business challenges, strong problem-solving skills are needed. Deep knowledge of design system principles required.

  • The ability to effectively present ideas—both verbally and visually. Pitch ideas to internal clients and stakeholders and explain the rationale behind design decisions.

  • Brand expertise. The Adobe brand is recognized and respected around the world. Maintaining its integrity depends on having a clear understanding of Adobe brand guidelines and adhering to them in all creative work.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and presentation communication skills.

  • Willingness to jump in and do production design when necessary.

  • Interest and basic knowledge of mobile photography apps and how they’re presented across social platforms including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. 

  • Experience in designing for social platforms above with ability to adjust look, voice and tone for each, while staying true to Adobe guidelines. 

  • Technical proficiency with programs like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma. Knowledge of video or animation tools is a plus. A general interest in computers and an aptitude for learning new technology are vital.
