Senior Motion Designer SF/LA/NJ (Hybrid)

The ideal Motion Designer is an enthusiastic and optimistic individual who is passionate about advertising and able to transform 2D creative concepts into beautiful video content work for our advertisers. You will collaborate with their verticals (i.e., Food, Consumables, Entertainment, etc.) working with various advertisers to create compelling animations and video content. This role is right for you if you are an innovative thinker and visual storyteller with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships, and effective time and project management skills.

***PLEASE NOTE: This role is hybrid, 2-3 days on site. Our client has offices in SF, LA and NJ so you can be located in any of these areas.***

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to create and produce compelling digital solutions that align with business objectives outlined in project briefs.
• Ensure projects are delivered with both Walmart and partner brands in mind.
• Storyboard, create and edit videos/animatics with brand consistency.
• Provide expertise in motion design and principles of animation.
• Deliver high-quality assets in multiple formats for various devices.

Position Requirements:
• 6+ years of creative video experience or motion design and art direction, especially in omni channel, multi-brand retail industry.
• Passion for motion design, video editing and production.
• Proficient knowledge of Adobe CC: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Animation experience, Cinema 4D or other 3D related software a plus.
• Solid organizational skills, detail oriented. Capable of working on multiple projects concurrently in a very fast paced environment, ensuring that quality deliverables are achieved on time.
• Strong relationship-building skills. Ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines. Enjoys working with others and collaborating with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $56.69 to $62.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
