 Our awesome client, an American company that operates the second-largest pharmacy store chain in the United States, is looking for a Associate Project Manager. The role is Hybrid in Chicago, does this sound like you!? 

The Associate Project Manager responsible for managing seamless creative work cycles for all creative project and programs, which may contain multiple projects, in an iterative, design-sprint based environment. Opens individual project tickets and works with the requestor on details for completion. Manages the creative and marketing milestone development, execution, and production workflow for all creative projects. Attends all creative reviews and milestones. Attends kick-offs and briefings for all projects. Takes notes and sends recaps after all creative reviews/meetings. Develops and implements Creative Advertising & Design Services programs to support Walgreens products and services. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost, and managing projects to completion. Gathers necessary information, including business goals/objectives, design/messaging information, format specifications, timing, and budget. May identify, evaluate, and recommend creative opportunities consistent with business objectives; Provides creative advertising & design services support throughout the organization. Identifies and implements creative strategies and programs in collaboration with the business team. Communicate new ideas to the manager. Troubleshoots projects and facilitates resolution of any issues that may jeopardize the timely completion, accuracy, and quality of projects. Liaisons with multiple internal stakeholders and gathers relevant information, including business goals/objectives, design/messaging information, format specifications, timing, and budget. Prepares publishes communicates project timeline, scope, and actions, ensures all leadership is aligned to timing; and proactively schedules all leadership reviews. Manage agency relationships as it relates to creative execution, and work closely with the Production team to ensure seamless creative execution end-to-end. Gathers necessary information for a variety of marketing programs, including business goals/objectives, design/messaging information, format specifications, timing, and budget. Tracks, reports and analyzes creative resource workload trends and output. Manages and regularly communicates threshold capacity. Identifies, evaluates, and recommends creative opportunities consistent with business objectives; Provides creative execution support throughout the organization. Identifies and implements creative strategies and programs in collaboration with the business team. Troubleshoots projects and facilitates resolution of complex issues that may jeopardize the timely completion, accuracy, and quality of projects.

Responsibilities:
• Internal program management team for Loop Creative services (internal creative team)
• In support of Creative Program Manager – responsible for managing seamless creative work cycles for all creative project and programs, which may contain multiple projects, in an iterative, design-sprint based environment. What might a typical day might look like for this role and highlight a bit about the projects that this contractor will be working on?
• Leads the workflow process for assigned creative projects. Interacts with stakeholders to obtain project detail, communicate status, troubleshoot projects, etc. In collaboration with requestors, opens and assigns project tickets. Manages creative milestones. Attends key project meetings, takes meeting notes, sends recaps.
• Works in-step with creative program manager to ensure that all tickets remain on track and project timing, resourcing and deliverables are aligned.

Experience:
• Demonstrated ability in managing creative projects through their full life-cycle.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
• Solution-oriented with ability to work well within tight timelines and shifts in direction. How many years of experience are you looking for? As you start to go through resumes, what would stand out to you as the BEST candidate versus an AVERAGE candidate?
• 1-4 years PS experience. Prefer candidates with experience managing complex and fluid projects. Candidates with demonstrated ability to collaborate and problem-solve with various stakeholders will do well in this role. Once somebody is in the role and ramped up, how will success be measured for this person? What indicators will let you know that they are working out?
• Ability to successfully integrated into program management team and process. Ability to manage assigned projects with little to no supervision. Consistent communication and relationship-building with program management team and stakeholders.
• A2 – BA/BS + at least 1 years OR High School/ GED + at least 4 years
• Experience of project management for creative, execution, and production stages of marketing campaigns and projects

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $50- $55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
