Our large tech client needs a Site Merchandising Specialist to join their team for 11 months. In this role you will be responsibile for the following:
Responsibilities:
• Build merchandising campaigns and execute traffic-driving efforts to support High Velocity Events across Amazon.
• Serve as a liaison between Worldwide Events team and partner teams to guide marketing campaigns to completion
• Report on progress against goals and relevant metrics
• Assist with creative asset production (in partnership with a dedicated design team)
• Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content to site via Campaign Management Systems
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including onsite merchandising, on-device/mobile, and/or display
• Writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer
• Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML
• Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management
• BA/BS required
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience managing large scale merchandising programs, site merchandising
• Former Amazon employee
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
• Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting
• Have relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail.
• Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
• Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
• Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $29.51 to $32.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
