ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing® Award winners are industry leaders in service quality, based entirely on ratings from their clients and candidates. On average, clients of winning agencies are 50% more likely to report being completely satisfied, while placed candidates are 60% more likely to be completely satisfied compared to those working with non-winning firms.
In 2025, fewer than 24% of participating firms earned the 10-Year Platinum award for both Client and Talent Satisfaction. Aquent Talent received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 79% of clients — well above the industry average of 55%. For placed job candidates, Aquent Talent also scored well, receiving satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 69.4% of their placed job candidates, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 50%.
