BOSTON, MA – October 13, 2026 – Aquent, the global leader in talent recruitment for marketing, creative and design, today announced that Susie Hall, president of community and customer engagement, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts' (SIA) 2026 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list.
The annual list honors exceptional senior leaders and executives whose leadership, strategic vision and expertise drive growth at their companies and the broader staffing industry. Hall joins an esteemed group of 150 women whose work strengthens their organizations and influences how businesses approach the future of work.

In her role as President of Community and Customer Engagement, Hall convenes senior business leaders to share expertise and develop solutions to evolving workforce challenges, from managing contract and temporary talent to advancing Total Talent Management (TTM) strategies.
Over the past year, Hall facilitated 120 sessions with senior leaders at enterprise brands and authored 12 articles exploring the changing world of work. Her thought leadership has addressed topics including organizational design in the age of AI, workforce strategy, and preventing burnout among creative teams.
