Graphic Designer beauty

Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of solid working experience in print, point-of-sale (POS), and visual merchandising, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to create visually compelling designs for print materials, POS displays, and visual merchandising.
• Utilize your expertise to ensure designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and objectives.
• Attend meetings with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide creative input.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Utilize 3D software render software to create realistic visualizations (preferred).
• Proficient in the full Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on print, POS, and visual merchandising.
• Experience working with beauty brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, with an emphasis on store merchandising work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

Hours: 20 hours per week, 3 days (2 days of 7 hours each, 1 day of 6 hours), in-person position
