Our client, a leading beverage company based in Stamford, CT is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to add to their team! This role can be 100% remote (EST hours) and will last through the end of 2024, with possible extension. Seeking candidates in NY / CT vicinity to go onsite as needed to put together infliencer packages onsite as needed. 
 

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the community management of multiple social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest.) Identifying super fans, potential partnerships and performing engagement tactics.
• Assist Social Media manager in administrative tasks, updating Monday.com, sharing assets from the internal team to the creative agency and confirming posts are approved to go live.
• Daily maintenance of Monday.com, assisting the Social Media Manager with the tracking of content calendars and making sure the calendars are up to date.
• Coordinate and participate in brainstorms with the creative team, taking notes and turning them into briefs for creative production.
• Oversee and respond to comments and DMS, channeling the brand voice in a timely manner.
• Report any customer service inquiries to the customer service team, keeping the Social Media Managers informed of these inquiries.
• Research and identify brand “friends” – other accounts that align with our brands where we should engage with their content and followers
• Compose cohesive and well researched social listening reports using Sprinklr, Meta and native reporting, flagging any negative sentiment to the Social Media Manager.
• Identify opportunities for our brands to participate in a viral social media trend.
• Identify opportunities for UGC content and share them with the team.
• Identify white space opportunities for content development and conversation.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Analyze performance metrics to shape and refine our content strategies, ensuring we’re not just part of the conversation, but leading it.
• Available to go into the office to put together influencer packages.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator with expertise in Sprinklr or similar reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• An avid social media fanatic who keeps up with the latest trends and viral moments. They’re excited to bring ideas to the table.
• Feels confident asking questions and showing initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, tracking multiple brands and projects at once.
• Ability to capture and share live social content to Instagram stories.
• Strong understanding of social KPIs and benchmarks.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35-40 / hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
