The Retail Engagement & Marketing team defines, builds, produces and leads the programs and campaigns that help Client Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Client’s products, services, values and initiatives. Client Retail Stores represent a focal point in the local community — a place where technology intersects with the arts and education. We are focused on building experiences via Today at client— our in-store experiential program that inspires our audiences to learn, create something new, and go further with their creativity.

The Program Producer supports Heads of Programming across AMR with this vision for our in-store Today at client programs. They are responsible for production of talent led programs across the Americas and working closely with store teams to execute the programs in-store.

To be successful in this role, you have experience working with extraordinary brands,
managing the logistics for events of all sizes. You value collaboration and are motivated
by optimizing productivity and navigating complex environments.

Key Qualifications

• A deep understanding of market-wide trends, themes, and current cultural events
• Significant experience in managing high profile events and partnerships, working with emerging and established talent, delivering a broad spectrum of output including series content/formats, experiential and live
• Ability to successfully navigate and execute multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Internal and external production management experience to ensure flawless event experiences
• Discreet and professional with excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication, and networking skills
• Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt and effect change
• Strong administrative, organizational, project management, and tech skills
• Availability on evenings and weekends
• Preferred 8+ years in nonprofit arts education or marketing, and cultural event planning.

Description

• Support AMR Head of Programmings with production of talent-led Today at client programs
• Create and oversee program production timeline and provide daily project management
• Manage all additional production tools (e.g., talent production tracker, product compensation tracker, programming schedule, and more)
• Request and organize talent and partner assets and information
• Write and submit series and talent session briefs through database management system
• Liaise with the production team see through development of programming promotional/marketing assets; maintain close contact throughout the process to ensure accurate details and approvals
• Support talent rehearsal sessions and feedback on the experience design
• Work closely with retail store Managers, Programming Experts, and client Creatives to ensure production for high profile events is carried out to specifications
• In conversation with HoPs, create staffing strategy with talent, moderators, and store staff for each program
• Serve as lead point production person for Programming Expert execution team
• Engage and liaise with audio and production vendors for music performances
• Participate in cross-functions team meetings, including providing updates and input from programming perspective
• Process artist payments and invoices as needed
• Maintain green room orders and approved rider requests
• Review and edit event recaps developed by Programming Experts and create/draft the monthly recap for reporting to Retail Marketing
• Create and/or modify decks for internal and external presentations (e.g., talent or partner outreach deck, program summary decks)
• Meeting support — set up internal and external programming meetings, draft agendas, and guide discussion around key production objectives, and takes notes
• Be present at select talent-led programs and serve as the primary contact for the talent as needed
• Support Head of Programmings with other responsibilities as needed as needed

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $63.33 to $70.37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
