Content Manager

Overview

Our beauty client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Manager to join their team.

This position requires you to be onsite 5 days a week.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on program and system training to our professional customers and sales team members. Additionally, you will play a key role in content creation and management across multiple platforms, as well as supporting professional email communications and monthly campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on program and system training for professional customers and sales team members.
• Create and manage content across various platforms, supporting professional email communications.
• Assist in monthly campaign operations, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in agency account management, copywriting, marketing project management, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Pro, Outlook/Teams.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor in phone and email communications.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime or extended hours.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt and work with multiple authority figures.
• Strong team-building and diplomatic skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to a growing business model.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.36 to $32.62. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
