This position is local to Orlando and onsite requirement for the team are Monday – Tuesday

 

Our Client is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest and Cast experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage,

Resorts & Transportation, PhotoPass and Merchandise lines of business, which includes Room and Tickets eCommerce and products.

 

The Onsite Experience team powers critical platform-level products across our apps and websites globally. The team’s portfolio includes discovery and itinerary products including Finder Map, Detail Pages, and My Plans. 

 

This Product Manager will be responsible for operating, sustaining, and delivering enhancements on the discovery portfolio within the Onsite Experience team.

 

Responsibilities:

● Champion the digital Guest experience, advocating on the Guest’s behalf, and working diligently to build an outstanding experience for Guests

● Translates the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories, business requirements and other product documentation including acceptance criteria and test cases

● Assists with developing presentations to share and build advocacy for the digital strategy with Executive audiences and partners across the Organization

● Support digital teams in a data-informed way, using industry qualitative and quantitative research, documentation, reporting/analytics, project coordination, testing, and general coordination of feature launches/improvements.

● Champions the role of Product Owner with writing user stories, backlog refinement and prioritization, and user acceptance testing. Works with development teams by ensuring they have a deep understanding of the product objectives and priority, and helping the teams translate the product concepts into user stories, epics, and other appropriate product documentation.

● Builds positive relationships with critical team members (fellow product managers, engineering, data, creative, pricing, revenue management, marketing, sales, operations, etc.) to build and lead scope expectations across product lines/destinations/brands within Experiences.

● Supports the ongoing Guest experience by monitoring product performance, supporting A/B tests and recommending opportunities to enhance the Experiences Digital Platforms, including mobile apps and websites.

● Support with delivery and ongoing maintenance, which may include product build, content configuration and on call collaboration to ensure successful uptime of the digital experience as needed.

 

Basic Qualifications    

● Over 3 years of dedicated involvement in digital product management, specializing in crafting seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

● Proficient in Product Management delivery processes, including User Story/Defect writing, prioritization, and triage.

● Outstanding verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate and influence at an executive level.

● Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative.

● Possesses analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project cases.

● Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve results through others, plus the ability to build strong and balanced relationships, and the capability to interact within all levels of the organization.

● Advocate for elevating digital experiences, committed to championing the interests of Guests, and meticulously crafting exceptional digital interactions.

● Skilled in identifying, defining, and resolving technical, user, and business challenges, adept at delving into details while maintaining a strategic outlook.

● Proficiency in Agile software development methodology, including experience with JIRA/Confluence tools.

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $62.33 to $69.26 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
