Web Content Manager and Campaign Support

Our client is seeking a Marketing Professional to be part of team supporting high profile and growing Seniors/Medicare business. Primary responsibility will organizing, maintaining and updating content on various senior specific web sites providing critical information to their customers and prospects. In addition, will support the direction and scope of web work, as directed by the strategic marketing team.

• Support of the strategic marketing team related to the main senior websites

• Support detailed and deadline-driven annual process to review and update all content on web site, based on annual updates to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines. Web site completely reviewed and revised annually as part of fall Medicare Annual Enrollment Period.

• Support web redesign efforts to research usability, improve navigation, and expand content to promote product improvements

• Work closely with subject matter experts and content owners to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with CMS guidelines and branding.

• Collaborate with creative and digital teams on execution web-related projects.

Other responsibilities may include (depending on resources and bandwidth):

• Support of direct marketing campaigns, digital outreach efforts, social media, and email newsletter.

• Contribute to development and execution of a range of campaigns driving consumer familiarity with client offerings and selection in a crowded market.
