The client is based in Switzerland and has a challenging and focussed team. My client works side-by-side with their client acting as an extended team to support and deliver a comprehensive programme of digital projects as the brand continues to grow throughout Europe. The account is extremely high paced and known within the agency for its energy, large volume of work and high quality expectations. The candidate therefore needs to be up for a clear challenge with the ability to work under pressure to support the wider team delivering a variety of briefs.


• This role is primarily focused on managing the day to day running of x18 websites.

• The role will mainly consist of managing updates to the sites, receiving new content briefs from the client, working with third party agencies on a day to day basis and troubleshooting technical issues where necessary.

• As such strong Web/Digital experience is an absolute must. The candidate will need good technical knowledge and experience of working on websites, be used to working to tight timings and delivering a project from start to competition.

• The candidate will need to be quite technical, used to working with third party agencies and several internal teams.

• The websites sit on the Adobe Experience Manager platform, experience using this platform would be preferred due to the intricate processes involved and different third parties we liaise with on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management.

•  Quality assurance – ensure checks and approvals are rigorously carried out across multiple web campaigns across x18.

•  Work effectively with internal and client stakeholders.

•  Logging, managing and helping to resolve support queries and maintenance of the CMS.

•  Managing workload, budget and project deliverables to align with campaign deadlines.

•  Keeping relevant team members and client updated at all times and being comfortable with understanding, communicating and mitigating risks.

•  Liaising with multiple internal departments including Content, Tech, Project Management, Creative, SEO and Data Planning to ensure all work is completed on time and to budget.

•  Building strong relationships with the client.

•  Should be comfortable engaging directly with clients (Global and Local).

•  Be able to identify and communicate potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies to facilitate the timely broadcast of email campaigns.

•  Be proactive in providing solutions, through offering up pre-emptive tactics rather than just identifying risks.


•  Responsible for managing and maintaining web pages across 18 websites to ensure campaign deadlines are kept.

•  Understanding of data and analytics.

•  Managing a content team of x3.

• Managing copy translations with translation agency / client stakeholders.

•  Proofreading/cross-checking web pages to ensure consistency and accuracy.

•  Understanding and providing input into data planning and subsequent data extracts.

•  Management of weekly scrum calls and weekly status reports.

Technical Ability:

•  The Web Producer should have had some experience with the most common technical formats that impact digital work, such as: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint

• Topline knowledge of: HTML, API and XML.

• Preferably experience with Helios CMS and Adobe Experience Manager although training will be given.

The Person:

• Ideally a background in an account management, project coordination, or client/customer service role in web based environment.

• Midweight experience – ability to operate independently and self-manage.

•  Strong attention to detail, accuracy and dependability and focus on task completion.

•  Process driven, highly organized and ability to work well under pressure.

• Calm, can-do attitude and ability to use initiative.
