eMarketing automation and email Marketing Manager

Our medical device client is looking for a Marketing Automation manager to join global marketing team and lead marketing automation strategies and adoption across the business so that they can be a more effective organization and understand the revenue that marketing is driving. The candidate will be responsible for lead management strategies including lead nurturing, scoring and qualification processes using Marketo, our enterprise marketing automation platform. Additionalty the candidate will manage email marketing strategy.

RequirementsEssential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Manage automated marketing functionality- deploying email, managing landing pages and web forms including testing to ensure data posts to the right location.
Work collaboritively with our 9 businesses and marketing managers to set up lead nurturing strategies
Implement tactics such as progressive profiling, landing pages and email tempaltes
Creating, testing and deplying our clients’ e-mail marketing campaigns using our web-based applications.
Consult with clients on email strategy and nurturing strategies to meet their objectives
Provide email design direction to in-house staff of graphic designers
HTML development of email templates from design wireframes
Email marketing analysis and benchmarking
Development of list management strategy and opt-in practice
Help clients interpret results of marketing campaigns
Web analytics using webtrends and salesforce.com
Manage process documentation and ensure everyone is trained on up to date processes

Background
5+ years experience in online marketing
Experience managing email marketing and demand generation programs
Marketing automation, lead nurturing experience (Marketo, Eloqua, Act-on)
Experience with Metric analysis using systems such as Google Analytics and Webtrend
Experience with content management systems a plus
Basic HTML
Skillset
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience with SalesForce.com is desirable
Excellent customer service orientation including strong support and communication skills
Strong project management skills
